So stressed out right now.

My grandma called at 1am last night saying that she wasn’t feeling well, like she was really dizzy and about to pass out. My mom went over to see her and called the ambulance (thank God we live 2 blocks away) and she was rushed to the hospital.

The paramedics said it sounded like she might have had the symptoms of a stroke, but I don’t know what the verdict was. In any case, she’s still in the hospital and supposedly hasn’t even gotten a room yet. My mom said they were actually going to let her out if she could get up and go to the bathroom but she couldn’t get up.

Ugh, so it was quite a scare last night… Especially since a few months ago my dad’s mother called my aunt saying pretty much the same thing, she showed up, and found her dead.

It’s been a very bad year for my family, especially for my poor mom. Her uncle and aunt on her father’s side died within months from each other. Also, her other uncle (her mother’s brother) died this year too. Her sister and her father died a few years ago. My grandma is literally the only one she has left.

To top it all off, our cat is still lost. He’s been missing for months and my mom has been stressing out trying to do everything to get him back. We would even settle for finding him dead somewhere. It’s the not knowing that’s the hard part.

Meanwhile, I’m in financial crisis mode… The bills for college just came in, and I lost $100 doing a craft fair which cost $175 to go to and I only made $70. I can’t even seem to get multiple sales during this huge event in my shop! I only made one $11 sale all yesterday, meanwhile I’ve been advertising like crazy. Tons and tons of views, no sales. I’m very disappointed since I’ve put so much time and effort into listing all those items, and there’s a lot more I still have to put up.

I don’t even know what to do anymore.

I'm so sorry to hear that. *hugs* I hope your grandma is okay. That's so scary. I hope it wasn't a stroke.

My cousin lost her cat for months like that one winter and he did turn up okay (he was trapped under a tarp in the neighbor's garage), so he might still be okay. I've lost a cat before without ever finding out what happened, so I know how horrible it feels to have it left up in the air with no closure like that. It's sad. But sometimes another person might have taken the cat in if they thought they were lost, so there's always that hope.

And good luck with the sales. There's still time to sell before the weekend is over and before Xmas. :) I hope things pick up for you.

We still don't know what it was exactly but she's feeling a bit better now and might be able to come home tomorrow after a few tests.

Thanks for the encouragement! I ended up getting 2 more sales after I posted this so I'm a little happier. :)

I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you and I hope whatever that's wrong with your grandma isn't serious! Have a viral hug. *Hugs*
